Meds R Us provides a telehealth platform connecting patients with licensed clinicians for non-emergency healthcare services. Telehealth clinical services are provided by independent licensed medical practitioners operating through Tele Meds R Us, PLLC (the "PLLC").
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state where our providers are licensed to use our services. Minors may only receive services with documented parental or guardian consent.
Permitted Use
You may use our services for lawful, personal healthcare purposes. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information current.
Prohibited Use
You may not use our services to violate any applicable law or regulation, to harass or harm others, to transmit malicious software, or to misrepresent your identity or health information.
No Emergency Services
Our services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. For mental health crises, call or text 988.
