   Upload Your Information

   Securely upload your medical history, current medications, and any relevant documents through our patient portal.

   Provider Review

   Your clinician reviews your case and develops a personalized care plan. For most patients, this happens asynchronously with no appointment needed.

   Laboratory Testing (If Needed)

   If lab work is needed, your provider will order the appropriate tests. Your provider reviews the results before finalizing or updating your treatment plan.

5. 5

   Prescription Processing

   Once your provider approves your treatment, your prescription is sent directly to your preferred pharmacy, often within 24 to 48 hours.

6. 6

   Follow-Up Communication

   Receive follow-up messages from your provider, ask questions, and manage your ongoing care through our secure patient portal.
